Why not everyone from my Family sends me nims
Adding to Family is a two-way process. You can add a person to your Family (and they will know about it), but they are not obliged to add you in response. However, there is always an opportunity to text a person in the chat and find out why they do not want to reciprocate.
To check if someone has added you to Family go to your Profile and tap on the "SUBSCRIBERS" section. Here you can see all the users who added you to Family, as well as the number of nims they send to you.
If you do not get the nims from your Family, it's possible that their account was blocked, or they do not have enough nims on their balance.
If you don`t receive nims from one of your Family members, it is possible that their account has been blocked or they don`t have enough nims on their balance.
