I don`t receive the SMS with the confirmation code
In case you do not receive the SMS with the confirmation code:
- try to restart and/or reinstall the app and restart your phone;
- check your Internet connection, for example by changing the Internet access point from mobile data to wi-fi or vice versa;
- make sure that you have a non-negative balance (some mobile operators can block the possibility of receiving service messages).
