Resolved issue definition
Nimses Support team considers a question as resolved in case when a user was provided with the following information:
- information helpful to solve the problem,
- notification that the problem is caused by the incompatibility of the application with the device,
- information that it is possible to solve the problem by updating the app to the latest version,
- notification that the problem is caused by a malfunction we are aware of and working on,
- information that the malfunction is caused by some third party products, services or events not supported by Nimses,
- the question was provided with a exhaustive as to Nimses`s opinion, answer.
Replies to users` requests are being processed in English, Russian and Ukrainian.
