Pixel

Nimses Pixel is code. You install it onto your site as an analytical tool. With a pixel you can find out what people do on your site and therefore measure the effectiveness of your advertising.

Name the pixel so you know which site it relates to. For example you could use the domain name of the site.

You have two possible ways of installing pixel:

  1. Copy and paste the pixel manually, high up in the html code of the site.
  2. Use the tagging system Google Tag Manager

The pixel needs to fit between the tags (<head>...</head> or <body>...</body>).

Then it will be able to download and send data for analysis. Even if the user leaves the site straight away.

After changing the calculation settings do not forget to update the pixel code on all pages.
